The primary focus of the litigation team is covering criminal matters, civil matters and constitutional matters both at trial level as well as at the appellate forums such as Honorable High Courts.
We have represented clients before specialist courts and tribunals such as Banking Courts, Federal Service Tribunal, Labour Courts and Tribunals, Customs Appellate Tribunals, Central Excise and Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, and quasi-judicial forums such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, NIRC, Federal service tribunal, Election commission of Pakistan and before the Federal ombudsperson.
